Our Customers are indeed the people we complete projects for but they also include our Suppliers, Inspectors and Sub-contractors.
Knowledge
Knowledge is not limited to understanding and learning about new and better construction products and processes. It is also about knowing
our customers expectations of us and the people we hire to work in and on homes we build. Knowledge is understanding all the components;
product, people, process and procedures it takes to complete a new home.
Organization
Timing and scheduling are critical when building a home. Together with our subcontractors we have established this understanding with each other.
Executive Homes also has the organizational structure to be able to respond immediately to customer needs and concerns.
Our Organizational skills show every time we start, build or complete a new home.
